The range includes a spacious 48" griddle with a 3/4" polished steel cooking surface, complemented by a 3"W grease trough for efficient grease management. The removable grease pan and crumb tray simplify cleanup, while the dual standard ovens with porcelain interiors provide ample cooking space. Each oven is equipped with one chrome rack, ensuring versatility in cooking. Manual controls offer straightforward operation, and the stainless steel construction of the front, sides, backguard, and shelf ensures durability and easy maintenance. Additional features include a 3-1/2"D landing ledge and kick plate for added convenience, along with 6" legs that have adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 278,000 BTU (81 kW), this range meets the rigorous demands of any commercial kitchen.
