The Imperial IR-6-G36-CC is a high-performance 72" gas restaurant range designed for professional kitchens. It features six open burners with pilot lights and a low simmer capability, allowing for precise temperature control. The range includes a 36" griddle with a durable 3/4" polished steel plate and a 3" grease trough for efficient cooking and cleanup. Equipped with two convection ovens, each powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor, the porcelain interior ensures even heat distribution and easy maintenance. Each oven comes with three chrome racks, providing ample cooking space. The manual controls offer straightforward operation, while the stainless steel construction of the front, sides, backguard, and shelf ensures durability and easy cleaning. Additional features include a 3-1/2"D landing ledge and kick plate for added convenience, along with 6" legs that have adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 312,000 BTU (91kW), this range meets NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
