The Imperial IR-6-RG24 is a high-performance 60" gas restaurant range designed for professional kitchens. It features six open burners equipped with pilot lights and a low simmer function, allowing for precise temperature control. The durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. This model includes a 24" raised griddle/broiler with a 3/4" polished steel cooking plate, complemented by a 3" grease trough for efficient cleanup. A removable grease can and crumb tray enhance convenience during operation. The range is equipped with two standard ovens, each featuring a porcelain interior and one chrome rack, ensuring ample cooking space. Manual controls offer straightforward operation, while the stainless steel construction of the front, sides, backguard, and shelf ensures durability and easy maintenance. Additional features include a 3-1/2"D landing ledge and kick plate, along with 6" legs that have adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 302,000 BTU (89kW), this range meets NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certifications, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
