The Imperial IR-8-G24 is a high-performance 72" gas restaurant range designed for professional kitchens. Featuring eight open burners with pilot lights and a low simmer function, this range offers precise temperature control for a variety of cooking needs. The durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. Equipped with a 24" griddle featuring a 3/4" polished steel plate, the range includes a 3"W grease trough and a removable grease pan and crumb tray for easy cleanup. It also boasts two standard ovens with porcelain interiors, each containing one chrome rack, ensuring ample cooking space. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf, the range is built for durability and easy maintenance. The 3-1/2"D landing ledge and kick plate enhance functionality, while the 6" legs with adjustable feet provide stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 386,000 BTU (113 kW), this range meets the demands of any busy kitchen.
