Description
The Imperial ITG-24 is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring a 24"W x 24"D cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with two powerful griddle burners, it delivers a total output of 60,000 BTU (18kW) for rapid heating. The griddle includes continuous pilot ignition and aeration baffles for enhanced temperature control, allowing for precise cooking. Thermostatic controls provide easy adjustments to maintain desired cooking temperatures. A 4"W grease gutter and a removable 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole simplify cleanup and maintenance. Constructed with a full-width rear flue and stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, and ledge, the ITG-24 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Its 4" stainless steel legs provide stability and support. This unit is cETLus, NSF, and CE certified, ensuring it meets high safety and quality standards.
