The Imperial ITG-36-E-VENTLESS is a high-performance electric countertop griddle designed for versatility and efficiency in any kitchen. Featuring a spacious 36" W x 24" D cooking surface with a durable 1/2" thick polished steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, reaching a maximum of 450°F to accommodate a variety of cooking needs. This ventless griddle is compatible with Wells Ventless hoods, making it an ideal choice for locations with limited ventilation options. It includes a 4" wide grease trough and a removable grease can for easy cleanup, while the stainless steel front and sides, along with a splash guard and ledge, enhance durability and safety. The unit is supported by sturdy 4" legs and meets cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
