Featuring a spacious 72" W x 24" D cooking surface with a durable 3/4" thick polished steel plate, this griddle ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, reaching a maximum of 450°F to accommodate a variety of cooking needs. Designed with convenience in mind, the griddle includes a 4"W grease trough and a removable grease can for easy cleanup. Its stainless steel front and sides, along with a splash guard and ledge, enhance durability and safety during operation.
