Featuring two spacious decks with bakery depth, this oven is equipped with manual controls for precise operation. It includes a dual-speed fan motor that ensures even heat distribution for optimal baking results. The dual open 60/40 doors with a window provide easy access and visibility to your dishes. Each deck accommodates five racks, allowing for maximum cooking capacity. The interior is illuminated with lights, enhancing visibility while you work. Constructed with a durable porcelain interior and a stainless steel exterior, including the front, sides, doors, top, and legs, this oven is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. With a power requirement of 120V/50/60/1-ph and 9.0 amps per oven, it operates efficiently with two 1/2 HP motors and delivers a robust 160,000 BTU. The Imperial PCVDG-2 meets cETLus, NSF, CE, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and performance.
