Description
The Imperial PRV-2 is a high-performance gas convection oven designed for commercial kitchens. With a spacious 36" width and double deck configuration, it features efficient in-shot burners that deliver powerful cooking capabilities. Each deck is equipped with an Ametek thermostat control for precise temperature management, ensuring consistent cooking results. The oven offers five rack positions per deck, accommodating up to three racks (three racks included) for versatile cooking options. Two high-intensity discharge (HID) interior lights with a momentary switch per deck provide excellent visibility while cooking. The cool-down feature enhances safety and efficiency, while the porcelain interior ensures easy cleaning and durability. Constructed with a robust stainless steel exterior, the Imperial PRV-2 is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The two-speed motor allows for optimal airflow, and with a powerful output of 104,000 BTU and a 1/2 HP motor, this oven is designed for high-volume cooking. It operates on 120v/50/60/1-ph with a 9.0 amp draw and comes with a cord and plug for easy installation. The oven is NSF and cETLus certified, ensuring it meets the highest standards for safety and performance.
