The Imperial PRV-3 is a high-performance gas convection oven designed for commercial kitchens. With a spacious 36" width and triple deck configuration, it features powerful in-shot burners that deliver consistent heat for optimal cooking results. Each deck is equipped with an Ametek thermostat control, ensuring precise temperature management. The oven offers five rack positions per deck, accommodating three racks per deck (three racks included), allowing for versatile cooking options. Two high-intensity discharge (HID) interior lights with a momentary switch per deck provide excellent visibility while cooking. The cool-down feature enhances safety and efficiency. Constructed with a durable porcelain interior and a sleek stainless steel exterior, the PRV-3 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Its 2-speed motor enhances airflow for even cooking, while the impressive 156,000 BTU output and 1/2 HP motor ensure powerful performance. Operating at 120v/50/60/1-ph with 9.0 amps, this oven comes with a cord and plug for easy setup. The Imperial PRV-3 is NSF and cETLus certified, meeting the highest standards for safety and sanitation in food preparation.
