Description
The InSinkErator PRP PowerRinse® Pot/Pan is a comprehensive food waste collection system designed for efficiency and convenience. It operates with a minimal water requirement of just 1 GPM (3.79 LPM) while offering a robust recirculated water flow capability of 30 GPM (113.56 LPM). This system features dry start protection and adjustable run time for optimal performance. The pre-plumbed and pre-wired base assembly includes essential components such as a control unit, solenoid, and pump, ensuring easy installation and operation. An integrated air gap enhances safety and functionality. The stainless steel mounting tray, base assembly, and cover provide durability, while the pump housing, 1/4" pump inlet screen, and pump impeller ensure reliable waste processing. Included is a 1/4" perforated scrap basket with four ergonomic handles for easy handling, along with flanged feet for stability. The system also features check valves, a 2" drain discharge, and 1/2" NPT water inlets, making it a complete solution for efficient food waste management in commercial kitchens.
