Description
The Irinox CP NEXT MULTI is a high-performance heated reach-in cabinet designed for optimal food holding. Featuring a double door design, it maintains temperatures from -13°F to +59°F, ensuring food safety and quality. The cabinet offers versatile tray capacity with 37 trays (18”x26”) or 74 trays (18”x13”) at 1 3/8” spacing, and 26 trays (18”x26”) or 52 trays (18”x13”) at 2” spacing. Equipped with a self-contained air-cooled condensing unit and utilizing R290 refrigerant, it promotes energy efficiency while maintaining consistent temperatures. The Sanigen® technology ensures enhanced hygiene. The cabinet includes stainless steel pan supports and 20 pairs of tray slides for easy organization. The doors feature a 130° stop for convenient access, and the unit is supported by four adjustable stainless steel feet, ranging from 6” to 7 7/8”. Connectivity options include USB ports and Wi-Fi/Ethernet capabilities, along with the FreshCloud “flat” version for seamless integration. The interior is illuminated by double LED light bars, and it comes with ten stainless steel wire shelves measuring 26 5/8” x 18 1/4”, providing ample space for food storage.
