Description
The Irinox MULTIFRESH MF 350.2 3T is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. Standing at 91-3/4 inches tall, it accommodates 6-8 standard universal angle rolling racks for 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans or 5-7 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, with the option for 3 combi racks (pans and racks not included). This unit boasts an impressive blast chill/freeze capacity of 770 lbs, rapidly cooling cooked food from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, or down to 0°F in about 4 hours. Equipped with user-friendly touch pad controls, the MF 350.2 offers four standard chilling and freezing cycles, along with 51 dynamic, chef-designed, icon-controlled product-specific cycles that can be customized and recorded for repeat use. The favorites menu allows for quick access to preferred settings, while Wi-Fi and USB connectivity enable seamless data transfer to HACCP software. The multi-sensor temperature probe ensures precise monitoring, and the automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system maintains hygiene standards. Constructed from durable 304-grade stainless steel, it features a 2-1/4-inch thick insulated floor for optimal energy efficiency. The IRINOX BALANCE SYSTEM® includes a remote energy-efficient air-cooled condensing unit with a 25 hp compressor rating. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, compliant with NSF standards. Please note that due to its size, the unit is shipped knocked down and requires assembly in the field.
