Irinox MULTIFRESH MF 750.2 4T LARGE

The Irinox MULTIFRESH MF 750.2 4T LARGE is a high-capacity roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer designed for professional kitchens. Standing at 91-3/4 inches tall, it accommodates 9-12 single standard universal angle rolling racks, suitable for 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans or 8-10 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, or 4 combi racks (pans and racks not included). This unit boasts an impressive blast chill and freeze capacity of 1650 lbs, rapidly cooling cooked food from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, or from 194°F to 0°F in about 4 hours. It features a left-hinged door and user-friendly touch pad controls, offering four standard chilling and freezing cycles along with 51 dynamic, chef-designed, icon-controlled product-specific cycles. Users can customize and save replicable cycles, and access a favorites menu for convenience. Equipped with WIFI or USB connectivity for seamless data transfer to HACCP software, the MULTIFRESH also includes a multi-sensor temperature probe and an automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system for optimal hygiene. Constructed from durable 304 grade stainless steel, it features a 2-1/4 inch thick insulated floor and operates with the energy-efficient IRINOX BALANCE SYSTEM® remote air-cooled condensing unit, powered by a 50 hp compressor. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with NSF standards. Please note that due to its size, the unit is shipped knocked down and requires assembly in the field.
