Description
The Irinox MULTIFRESH NEXT S Essential Eco-Silent is a high-performance blast chiller and shock freezer designed for professional kitchens. This reach-in unit features a capacity to accommodate (5) 18" x 13" sheet pans or (4) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans, ensuring efficient cooling and freezing of large quantities of food. Equipped with five basic cycles—Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, and Continuous Modes—this model guarantees a yield capacity of 55 lbs for both cooling and freezing. It operates quietly, utilizing electronic 5-speed evaporator fans and variable speed electronic condenser fans to manage temperatures ranging from -31ºF to +185ºF, suitable for climate class 4 (86ºF ambient). The rapid blast chill function can reduce the temperature of cooked food from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, while the rapid shock freeze function can lower it to 0°F in about 4 hours, based on tests with 2" thick food products. Additional features include USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold and frozen holding, touch pad controls, a temperature probe, and an automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system. The unit is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, both internally and externally, and includes one stainless steel wire shelf and adjustable legs. It operates with R290 propane refrigerant and is ETL certified for electrical safety and sanitation standards. The unit comes with a cord but no plug; a suggested plug is L6-15P NEMA.
