Description
The Irinox NEW EASYFRESH NEXT LL is a high-performance blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. It features a spacious capacity, accommodating up to 14 standard 18”x26” sheet pans or 28 steam table pans measuring 12”x20”x2.5”. The unit efficiently blast chills from 194°F to 37°F in just 90 minutes, handling up to 145 lbs, and shock freezes from 197°F to 0°F within 240 minutes for the same weight. Equipped with advanced technology, it includes USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold and frozen holding, and a temperature probe for precise monitoring. The user-friendly touch pad controls offer four standard modes for chilling and freezing, ensuring versatility in food preservation. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, both internally and externally, the unit includes six stainless steel wire shelves and adjustable legs for optimal stability. The self-contained air-cooled condensing unit ensures efficient operation. The unit comes with a cord but no plug; a suggested plug type is L6-15P NEMA. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
