Description
The Irinox NEW EASYFRESH NEXT SL is a high-performance blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. It features a spacious capacity to accommodate up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans or eight 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans (pans not included). This unit efficiently blast chills from 194°F to 37°F within 90 minutes for up to 45 pounds, and shock freezes from 197°F to 0°F within 240 minutes for the same weight. Equipped with advanced technology, it includes USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold and frozen holding, and a temperature probe for precise monitoring. The user-friendly touch pad controls offer four standard modes for chilling and freezing, ensuring versatility in food preservation. The unit is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, both internally and externally, and comes with two stainless steel wire shelves and adjustable legs for stability. The door is hinged on the left side, and the unit operates with a self-contained air-cooled condensing unit. Please note that the unit comes with a cord but no plug; a suggested plug type is L6-15P NEMA. The Irinox NEW EASYFRESH NEXT SL is cULus and UL EPH Classified, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen.
