Description

The JAC Machines DURO 450 is a high-performance bread slicer designed for commercial use. This floor model features a semi-automatic operation, capable of slicing up to 200 loaves per hour. Users can easily specify slice thickness to meet their needs, accommodating loaves with a maximum dimension of 17 inches. The continuous slicing mechanism ensures efficiency, while the loaf pusher enhances safety and ease of use. A built-in crumb tray simplifies cleanup, and the unit is equipped with casters, including two locking wheels for stability. With a power rating of 0.49 kW and operating on 120v/60/1-ph at 7.3 amps, it is compatible with standard electrical outlets. The JAC Machines DURO 450 is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
