Description

The JAC Machines DURO 600 is a high-performance semi-automatic bread slicer designed for commercial use. Capable of slicing up to 200 loaves per hour, it features dual slice thickness options to accommodate various bread types. The machine supports a maximum loaf dimension of 24 inches and offers continuous slicing for efficient operation. Equipped with a loaf pusher for safe handling and a crumb tray for easy cleanup, the DURO 600 ensures a tidy workspace. It is mounted on casters, with two locking wheels for stability during use. Safety is prioritized with a rear safety cover. The slicer operates at 0.49 kW, requiring a 120V/60/1-ph power supply with a current draw of 7.3 amps, and is compatible with NEMA 5-15P outlets. The unit is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
