Description

The JAC Machines FULL T2 is a high-performance floor model bread slicer designed for efficiency and precision. Capable of slicing up to 1,000 loaves per hour, it features a rear loading belt for seamless operation. Users can specify slice thickness to meet their needs, accommodating maximum loaf dimensions of 22" x 6.3". The continuous slicing mechanism ensures consistent results, while the variable speed drive allows for adaptable performance. Equipped with two 8.7-gallon crumb trays, it effectively manages waste. The unit is mobile with locking casters for stability during use. Operating at 1.1 kW, it requires a 208v/60/3-ph power supply and draws 4.8 amps, featuring a NEMA L15-20P plug for easy connectivity.
