The JAC Machines TL110 is a high-capacity sourdough fermenter designed for artisan bakers. With a generous 29-gallon (110L) capacity, it allows for the production of large batches of sourdough starter. The user-friendly 7" touchscreen control panel features two factory recipes and six customizable options, enabling precise fermentation management. Its exclusive mixing system ensures consistent results, while the airtight tank seal around the lid maintains optimal fermentation conditions. The outlet valve is equipped with a self-scouring system for easy maintenance, and the hot air outlet promotes efficient temperature control. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the TL110 is built to last and features braked casters for easy mobility. With a powerful 4.0 kW heating element, it operates at 208v/60/3-ph and draws 14.5 amps, compatible with NEMA L15-20 outlets.
