The JAC Machines ZIP+ is a high-performance countertop slicer designed for bagels, buns, and French bread. It features a Scorpion bagel return system and a bread pusher for efficient operation, capable of slicing up to 2000 pieces per hour. The slicer accommodates maximum bread dimensions of 2.36" x 4.72" and offers manual adjustment for versatile slicing needs. Equipped with an 11-4/5" circular steel blade and a durable stainless steel shutter, it ensures precision and longevity. Operating at 0.49 kW with a 120v/60/1-ph power supply and 6.6 amps, it includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. The ZIP+ is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
