The Jackson WWS DISHSTAR HT is a high-performance undercounter dishwasher designed for efficiency and sanitation. With a compact width of 24-1/4 inches, it fits seamlessly into various kitchen spaces. This model features high-temperature sanitizing capabilities, supported by a built-in booster heater that raises water temperature by 70°F for optimal cleaning. The DishStar® can process approximately 24 racks per hour, utilizing only 1.1 gallons of water per rack, making it both eco-friendly and cost-effective. It includes a solid-state timer with three selectable cycles, allowing for versatile washing options to suit different needs. The digital LED temperature displays provide real-time monitoring, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. Additional features include a delime cycle for easy maintenance, built-in chemical pumps for consistent detergent dispensing, and an auto-fill function for convenience. The stainless steel wash pump and cabinet ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the 1 HP motor delivers powerful performance. The unit is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, guaranteeing safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
