The Jackson WWS RackStar 66CE is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial kitchens. This high-temperature sanitizing unit features an electric tank heat system with a powerful 27.0 kW booster heater, ensuring optimal cleaning results. Its single tank design accommodates a substantial capacity of approximately 223 racks per hour, utilizing only 0.35 gallons of water per rack. Equipped with a 22" pre-wash section, the RackStar 66CE offers fully automatic operation, including auto-fill functionality for seamless use. The unit provides a generous 19-3/4" clearance, making it suitable for various dishware sizes. A digital temperature readout allows for precise monitoring, while double-wall insulated doors enhance energy efficiency. The EnergyGuard™ controls optimize energy consumption, and the Dual Rainbow Rinse™ system offers two options: Econo (0.35 gallons per rinse) or Turbo (0.51 gallons per rinse) for versatile rinsing capabilities. Additional features include a vent cowl collar with an adjustable damper, vent fan control, and a strike plate table limit switch for safety. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the RackStar 66CE also includes adjustable bullet feet for stability and a robust 3 HP pump paired with a 1/4 HP conveyor for reliable operation. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this dishwasher is built to meet the demands of busy food service environments.
