The Jackson WWS TempStar Ventless Dishwasher is a high-performance door-type dishwasher designed for efficiency and convenience. This model features a ventless design with energy recovery, allowing for optimal energy use while maintaining high-temperature cleaning. It operates with an electric tank heat system and includes a built-in 70°F booster for effective sanitization. Capable of processing approximately 39 racks per hour, this dishwasher uses only 0.89 gallons of water per rack, making it an eco-friendly choice for busy kitchens. Its universal design accommodates both straight-thru and corner installations, while the durable stainless steel exterior ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with electro-mechanical controls for straightforward operation, the TempStar also includes a pressure regulator for installation by others, a Sani-Sure™ feature for enhanced sanitation, and a door interlock for safety. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards, making it an excellent choice for energy-conscious establishments. Assembly is required.
