The convection oven ensures even cooking and baking, complemented by a chrome-plated rack for versatile oven use. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It stands on 6" adjustable legs for stability and ease of cleaning. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 4.0 amps and a 1/4 HP motor, it delivers a total output of 114,000 BTU.
