The right side includes a spacious 36" griddle, perfect for preparing breakfast items or searing meats. This range is equipped with a 24" space saver oven and a 36" convection oven, both featuring a chrome-plated rack for optimal cooking versatility. The stainless steel construction of the front, sides, tray bed, and stub back ensures durability and easy cleaning. With 6" adjustable legs, it can be tailored to fit your kitchen layout. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a power draw of 4.0 amps and a 1/4 HP motor, this range delivers a total output of 252,000 BTU. It meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
