The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal cooking performance. This range includes one standard oven and a convenient cabinet for additional storage. A chrome-plated rack is included for versatile oven use. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, it offers durability and easy maintenance. The 6" adjustable legs provide stability on various surfaces. With a total output of 270,000 BTUs, this range meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any restaurant setting.
