It includes infinite manual controls for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal cooking results. The cabinet base is equipped with a smoke drawer and two drip pans for easy maintenance and cleanup. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top rim, stub back, and sides, this range is built for durability and easy sanitation. The 6" adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 160,000 BTU, this range meets the demands of busy kitchens while adhering to CSAus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
