Featuring a robust 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, making it ideal for a variety of culinary tasks. The range includes a spacious cabinet base for convenient storage and a stainless steel grease trough for easy cleanup. Splashguards enhance safety and maintain a clean workspace, while the 6" plate shelf provides additional space for plates and ingredients. Built with durability in mind, the front, sides, stub back, and bottom are all constructed from stainless steel. The adjustable 6" legs ensure stability on any surface. With a powerful output of 120,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
