The John Boos 2PB1431-1D18R Pro-Bowl Platter Sink features a robust two-compartment design, ideal for efficient food preparation and cleaning. With overall dimensions of 50-3/16"W x 36-1/2"D x 43"H, it includes two spacious compartments measuring 14"W x 31"D x 12" deep, providing ample space for washing and rinsing. The sink is equipped with an 18" right drainboard for convenient drying and prep work. Constructed from durable 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel, this sink ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. It features a 10"H boxed backsplash with a 45° top and a 2" return to prevent water splashes. The design includes a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers and 3-1/2" die-stamped drain openings for easy installation and drainage. The stainless steel legs provide stability, while adjustable front and side bracing, along with adjustable bullet feet, allow for customizable height and leveling. This sink meets NSF and CSA sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
