The John Boos 2PB18-2D18 Pro-Bowl Sink features a robust two-compartment design, ideal for efficient food preparation and cleaning in commercial kitchens. With overall dimensions of 75-1/4"W x 23-1/2"D x 44-1/16"H, it includes two spacious compartments measuring 18"W x 18"D x 12" deep, providing ample space for washing and rinsing. Each side is equipped with an 18" drainboard for convenient drying and prep work. The sink is constructed from durable 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. It includes a 10"H boxed backsplash with a 45° top and a 2" return to keep walls clean and dry. The design incorporates a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers and 3-1/2" die-stamped drain openings for easy installation and drainage. Stainless steel legs provide stability, while adjustable front and side bracing, along with adjustable bullet feet, allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. This sink meets NSF and CSA sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
