The John Boos 3PB1431-2D18 Pro-Bowl Platter Sink is designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This three-compartment sink features an overall size of 81-1/4"W x 36-1/2"D x 43"H, with each compartment measuring 14"W x 31" front-to-back and 12" deep, allowing for ample space for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Equipped with two 18" drainboards on the left and right sides, this sink facilitates easy drying and preparation. The 10"H boxed backsplash includes a 45° top and a 2" return, ensuring cleanliness and preventing water splashes on the wall. It features a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers for convenient faucet installation. The sink is constructed from 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion. It includes die-stamped 3-1/2" drain openings for efficient drainage. The stainless steel legs provide stability, while adjustable front and side bracing, along with adjustable bullet feet, allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces.
