The John Boos 3PB14314-1D18L Pro-Bowl Platter Sink is designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This three-compartment sink features an overall size of 64-3/16"W x 36-1/2"D x 43"H, with each compartment measuring 14"W x 31" front-to-back x 14" deep, providing ample space for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Equipped with an 18" left drainboard, it offers additional workspace for drying and prepping. The 10"H boxed backsplash includes a 45° top and a 2" return to prevent water splashes. The sink comes with a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers for easy installation. Designed for optimal drainage, it features 3-1/2" die-stamped drain openings. Constructed from 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel, this sink ensures long-lasting performance and resistance to corrosion. The stainless steel legs provide stability, while adjustable front and side bracing, along with adjustable bullet feet, allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. Certified by NSF and CSA-Sanitation, this sink meets high standards for safety and hygiene in food service environments.
