Description
The John Boos 42PB1431-2D18 Pro-Bowl Platter Sink features a robust two-compartment design, ideal for efficient food preparation and cleaning. With overall dimensions of 67-3/16"W x 36-1/2"D x 43"H, it includes two spacious compartments measuring 14"W x 31" front-to-back x 12" deep, providing ample space for washing and rinsing. Each side is equipped with an 18" drainboard for convenient drying and prep work. The sink is designed with a 10"H boxed backsplash featuring a 45° top and a 2" return to prevent splashes. It includes a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers and 3-1/2" die-stamped drain openings for easy plumbing integration. Constructed from durable 14-gauge 300 series stainless steel, it ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The stainless steel legs, adjustable front and side bracing, and adjustable bullet feet provide stability and adaptability for various kitchen setups. This sink is NSF and CSA-Sanitation certified, making it suitable for commercial kitchen environments.
