The John Boos E3S8-1620-12L18-X is a durable and efficient three-compartment sink designed for commercial kitchens. With an overall size of 68-1/2"W x 25-1/2"D x 43-3/4"H, it features three spacious compartments measuring 16"W x 20"D x 12" deep, allowing for effective washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of dishes. The sink includes an 18" left drainboard for added convenience and a 9-3/4"H boxed backsplash with a 45° top and 2" return to prevent splashes. Equipped with a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers, it accommodates various faucet styles. The sink's 3-1/2" diameter die-stamped drain openings ensure efficient drainage. Constructed from 18/300 stainless steel, it offers exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion. The galvanized legs and gussets provide sturdy support, while adjustable plastic bullet feet allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. This sink is NSF and CSA-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for maintaining hygiene standards in food service environments.
