The John Boos EDTS8-S30-L36-X is a high-quality soiled dishtable designed for efficient kitchen operations. With an overall size of 36"W x 30"D x 44"H, it features a straight design optimized for left-to-right workflow. The unit includes a spacious pre-rinse sink measuring 20"W x 20"D x 8"D, allowing for effective cleaning of dishes and utensils. A 10" boxed backsplash with a 45° top and 2" return helps keep your workspace tidy. The dishtable is equipped with a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers for easy installation of your preferred faucet. Constructed from durable 18/300 stainless steel, the top ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion, while the galvanized legs and gussets provide sturdy support. Adjustable plastic bullet feet allow for leveling on uneven surfaces. This product meets NSF and CSA-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
