Description
The John Boos GT-8-X Grease Interceptor is designed for efficient grease management in commercial kitchens. With an 8 lb. grease capacity and a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute, it effectively handles high-volume grease disposal. The unit features a 2" inlet and outlet with no-hub connections for easy installation. Included with the interceptor is a T-Vent for optimal ventilation, along with a no-skid cover for safety. The removable baffle and easy-to-remove cover facilitate straightforward maintenance. An integral trap and a vented inlet flow control device enhance performance and efficiency. Constructed from 1/8" thick carbon steel, the GT-8-X is built for durability and reliability. PDI certified, this grease interceptor is available in Effingham and Nevada.
