The John Boos SDT4-I60120SBK-R is a high-quality Soiled Dishtable designed for efficient dishwashing operations. This L-shaped unit features an island design with dimensions of 60" from machine to corner and 120" from corner to end, standing at an overall height of 44". It operates from right to left, optimizing workflow in busy kitchens. Equipped with a spacious 20"W x 20"D x 8"D pre-rinse sink bowl, this dishtable ensures effective rinsing of soiled dishes. The 10"H boxed backsplash includes a 45° angle and a 2" return, providing added protection against splashes. It also features a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers for easy installation of faucets. Constructed from durable 14-gauge 300 series stainless steel, the top is designed with a 2-1/4"H rolled edge for enhanced safety and cleanliness. The stainless steel legs and bracing provide stability, while adjustable bullet feet allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. This product is NSF certified, ensuring it meets strict public health standards.
