The John Boos SDT4-I6048SBK-R is a high-quality Soiled Dishtable designed for efficient dishwashing operations. Featuring an island design, this L-shaped dishtable measures 60" from the machine to the corner and 48" from the corner to the end, with an overall height of 44". It operates right-to-left, optimizing workflow in busy kitchens. Equipped with a spacious 20"W x 20"D x 8"D pre-rinse sink bowl, it facilitates effective rinsing of soiled dishes. The 10"H boxed backsplash includes a 45° angle and a 2" return, ensuring cleanliness and preventing splashes. The dishtable also features a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers for easy installation. Constructed from durable 14-gauge stainless steel, the top includes a 2-1/4"H rolled edge for added strength. The stainless steel legs and bracing provide stability, while adjustable bullet feet ensure level positioning on any surface. This product is NSF certified, meeting strict public health standards for safety and sanitation.
