The John Boos SDT4-I6084SBK-R is a high-quality soiled dishtable designed for efficient food service operations. This L-shaped dishtable features an island design, measuring 60" from the machine to the corner and 84" from the corner to the end, with an overall height of 44". It operates right-to-left, optimizing workflow in busy kitchens. Equipped with a spacious 20"W x 20"D x 8"H pre-rinse sink bowl, it facilitates easy rinsing of dishes and utensils. The 10"H boxed backsplash includes a 45° angle and a 2" return, ensuring cleanliness and preventing splashes. The dishtable also features a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers for easy installation of faucets. Constructed from durable 14-gauge 300 series stainless steel, the top includes a 2-1/4"H rolled edge for added strength and safety. The stainless steel legs and bracing provide stability, while adjustable bullet feet ensure level installation on uneven surfaces. This product is NSF certified, meeting strict public health standards for safety and sanitation.
