The John Boos SDT4-K6072SBK-R is a high-quality Soiled Dishtable designed for efficient kitchen operations. Featuring a unique "L" shape, this dishtable measures 60" from the machine to the corner and 72" from the corner to the end, with an overall height of 44". It operates right-to-left, optimizing workflow in busy environments. Equipped with a spacious 20"W x 20"D x 8"H pre-rinse sink bowl, this unit includes a 10"H boxed backsplash with a 45° top and a 2" return to prevent splashes. The dishtable also features a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers for easy installation. Constructed from durable 14-gauge stainless steel, the top includes a 2-1/4"H rolled edge for added strength and safety. The stainless steel legs and bracing ensure stability, while adjustable bullet feet provide leveling on uneven surfaces. This product is NSF certified, ensuring it meets strict public health standards.
