The John Boos SDT4-L7072SBK-L is a high-quality soiled dishtable designed for efficient food service operations. This L-shaped unit features a 70" machine-to-corner and a 72" corner-to-end configuration, with an overall height of 44". It includes a spacious 10" landing shelf for easy access and organization. The dishtable is equipped with a single pre-rinse sink bowl measuring 20"W x 20"D x 8"H, allowing for effective cleaning of dishes and utensils. A 10"H boxed backsplash with a 45° top and 2" return helps maintain a clean workspace. The unit also features a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers for easy installation of faucets. Constructed from durable 14-gauge stainless steel, the top is designed with a 2-1/4"H rolled edge for added strength and safety. The stainless steel legs and bracing provide stability, while adjustable bullet feet ensure level placement on any surface. This dishtable is NSF certified, meeting strict public health standards for safety and sanitation.
