The John Boos SDT6-I6060SBK-L is a high-quality soiled dishtable designed for efficient food service operations. Featuring an island design, this L-shaped dishtable measures 60" from the machine to the corner and 60" from the corner to the end, with an overall height of 44". It operates left-to-right, making it user-friendly in busy kitchen environments. Equipped with a spacious 20"W x 20"D x 8"D pre-rinse sink bowl, this unit includes a 10"H boxed backsplash with a 45° angle and a 2" return for added functionality. The dishtable also features a set of splash mount faucet holes with 8" centers, ensuring compatibility with various faucet types. Constructed from durable 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel, the top is designed for longevity and easy maintenance. The 2-1/4"H rolled edge provides additional strength and stability. The stainless steel legs and bracing, along with adjustable bullet feet, ensure a sturdy and level setup. This product is NSF certified, meeting strict public health standards for safety and sanitation.
