The John Boos UBS3-2172-2D18-X Underbar Sink Unit is designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This unit features a spacious 3-compartment layout with overall dimensions of 72"W x 21"D x 32-1/2"H, providing ample space for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Each compartment measures 10"W x 14"D x 10" deep, accommodating various kitchen tasks. Equipped with an 18" drainboard on both the left and right sides, this sink unit includes a removable perforated insert for easy cleaning and maintenance. The 3"H backsplash helps keep your workspace tidy, while the splash mount faucet holes with 4" centers allow for convenient faucet installation. Constructed from durable 18/300 stainless steel, the unit features stainless steel legs and side bracing for added stability. Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet ensure a level setup on uneven surfaces. The unit also includes 1-1/2" drains and overflow stand pipes (PB-OVF-BS), meeting NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
