This one-section unit features a 29"W design with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system, offering a generous 7.0 cu. ft. capacity. It accommodates up to nine 1/6 GN pans and three 1/9 GN pans, with adapter bars included for easy organization. The prep table includes two drawers for additional storage and a full-depth cutting board for seamless food preparation. Operating within a temperature range of +33°F to +41°F, it ensures optimal food preservation. The worktop is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, while the insulated lid and stainless steel interior provide enhanced insulation and hygiene. The exterior is made from a combination of galvanized and stainless steel for durability. Mobility is made easy with heavy-duty casters, allowing for effortless repositioning.
