Description
The Kool-It KDC-88-HC Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is designed for optimal display and storage of ice cream tubs. It features a capacity for (16) 3-gallon tubs on display and (12) additional 3-gallon tubs for storage, ensuring ample space for your ice cream selection. The stainless steel top is complemented by a glass viewing window, allowing customers to easily see the available flavors. Operating within a temperature range of -10°F to 5°F, this cabinet maintains ideal conditions for ice cream preservation. It includes (2) transparent lids with full-length handles for easy access, along with plastic can holders for organized storage. The interior and exterior are finished in white painted steel, providing a clean and professional appearance. Equipped with LED lighting, the cabinet enhances product visibility while being energy-efficient. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 6 amp draw. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
