Description
Kool-It KST-60-2 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, offering a spacious 16.7 cu. ft. capacity. With dimensions of 60-2/5"W x 30"D x 42-3/5"H, it maintains a temperature range of 33-40°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. The unit features an insulated lid opening that accommodates up to 16 (1/6) pans, with 4" deep pans included and the option to use 6" deep pans. A removable cutting board provides a convenient workspace, while two solid hinged doors grant easy access to the interior. The unit includes two adjustable shelves for customizable storage. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it ensures durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates with a 1/4 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 4.7 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA5-15P plug and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
