Description
Kool-It KST-72-3 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, offering a spacious 20.2 cu. ft. capacity. Measuring 72-2/5"W x 30"D x 42-3/5"H, it maintains a temperature range of 33-40°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. The insulated lid opening accommodates up to 18 (1/6) pans, with 4" deep pans included and the option for 6" deep pans. It features a removable cutting board for convenient food prep, three solid hinged doors for easy access, and three adjustable shelves for customizable storage. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and easy cleaning, the unit is equipped with four 4" swivel casters (two with brakes) for mobility. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates at 1/4 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 5.3 amps. The unit comes with a cord and NEMA5-15P plug, and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified for safety and compliance.
