Description
Kool-It KSTM-60-2 is a high-capacity refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit offers 16.7 cu. ft. of storage space, measuring 60-2/5"W x 33-1/10"D x 44-1/5"H. It maintains a temperature range of 33-40°F, ensuring optimal freshness for your ingredients. The unit features two insulated lid openings that accommodate up to 24 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans included and the option to use 6" deep pans for added versatility. A removable cutting board provides a convenient workspace, while two solid hinged doors grant easy access to the interior. Inside, you'll find two adjustable shelves for customizable storage. The stainless steel construction of both the interior and exterior ensures durability and easy cleaning. The unit is equipped with four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant, powered by a 1/4 HP compressor drawing 4.9 amps at 115v/60/1-ph.
